To be a program that is committed to:

1)   Improving basketball skills on a daily basis.

2)   Respecting the game of basketball and the way it is and should be played.

3)   Teaching the roles of each individual and how it plays into the teams’ success.

4)   Sacrificing self-gratification and being more concerned with the team’s overall goal.

5)   Building unity and confidence in each other.

This program will be built on T.R.U.S.T., and every player within the program will be dependable, responsible and accountable for his actions and words.
